SASUKE!!! i love him!!! the only problems i see is there is a blur in the left side of his bangs...
i love the fade green back ground... but it might look better with his character if it were more blue... <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/a/a…" width="19" height="19" alt="^^;" title="Sweating a little..." /> and the shading is kinda backwards... the light is coming from the lower right corner and the shadows on him come from the top left and the top right...
he looks really good with the shark eyes (finally a pic without sharingan...lolz)

Vision = nice, <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/l/l…" width="23" height="16" alt=":love:" title="Love" /> its very cute! (maybe thats cause love his character...)

Originality: = its not great with originality, like you could have done something more... IDK but i geuss thats the point... <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/a/a…" width="19" height="19" alt="^^;" title="Sweating a little..." /> lol

Impact: um... its cool but the shading...
